Tammy has been working in the spa beauty industry for 22 years now with over half that time as an educator for some of the top corporations in the business, including Redken, Bella Lash, and Vish. She was a General Manager of a Summit Salon for 8 years before owning her own salon. Tammy has never ending drive to help others. Whether its color, finishing, lashes, makeup or business, Tammy strives to encourage stylists and students to achieve their goals. Current deniable passion with resonate throughout the class as she shares her knowledge and guides the service providers outside their comfort zone.

Suzanne is a gifted cosmetologist and we are proud to have her as our Salon/Spa Manager. Suzanne has been in the beauty industry for over 10 years, she has a wealth of experience in style and leadership. Clients are drawn to her like a moth to a flame because of the positive up lifting vibe she puts out.

Felicia grew up as an Army brat before 2^nd grade she had already been to 9 different schools. Make sure to check your blind spot before changing lanes because she also loves to ride motorcycles.

Pat has always had a love for hair and style, like many of our great stylists it was a passion that grew into a career. Pat graduated from Madison Academy of Beauty, then went to Toronto Canada for advance training at Brunos. She started her career at Dorothy’s in Beloit then moved to Platteville while her husband was in collage. Pat came back to the area and started working at Bev’s Studio and has grown with the salon as it became Heritage, then Feature’s Hair and Nail Co., up to today as a member of Team Flawless.
